I do know that Sleeping Beauty or possibly Snow White fell asleep because of a spindle, so you should always be very careful around them.

The term 'fusiform' means 'spindle-shaped'. This means pointy at the top and bottom and wider in the middle. Many structures in the body can be described as fusiform. I don't actually know what a spindle is or what it does. But I do know when stuff is fusiform and so should you

A broken system due to perverse incentives. In Australia, these drugs would be $60 BEFORE the being discounted by the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme.
Drug on the left = $570. Drug on the right = $356. Which drug would you want to purchase knowing that the tablets are identical and are made in the same manufacturing plant? . The cheaper one obviously, right?. Then why do major PBMs exclude the cheaper one?

ALSO, when an Australian says their banh mi costs $11, that means they can walk in with $11 and walk out with a delicious spicy sandwich. When an American says their banh mi costs $8.50, they're not including tax and tip of 25%, which would make their lunch cost. Basically $11.
