So @LSCICB , is the criteria more than 10 miles from their registered Surgery or from the patients house ? Just asking,As one of the people who negotiated the original minor injury LES that worked so well for years i was curious when the wheel was reinvented and appeared square!

A question, what would happen if all practices went “F” it and ignored their contracts and provided what their patients actually needed (worked out between GPs and patients) .There would be loads of legal threats and shouting but would it improve access and care ?
