In places like Salt Spring Island in BC, #PrimaryCare is being hollowed out. Close to half the inhabitants don’t have a family physician. I went to check it out. This season on ⁦@cbcwhitecoat⁩.

Pandemics are complicated things, but a general rule applies: interfere with the mode of transmission trough condoms, soap, gloves, more soap, and masks. It's hard to do all this well but the strategy starts here -- interfere until R(t) drops below 1, and then persist.
