We’ve produced a blog for @HSRN_UK reflecting on our partnership with @Positive_Lives in investigating why people with learning disabilities and/or autism get stuck in hospital. A great opportunity to think over our process & different skills & how this helped our project.
💡The @Positive_Lives and @unibirmingham team reflect on the research project for which they were awarded an Innovation in Inclusion Award at #HSRUK23 - their work asked the question ‘Why are we stuck in hospital?’ Read the full blog here

Today we're recognising everything family and informal carers do to improve the mental health of the friends and family they care for. Without their support many would struggle even more. They are often the unsung heroes of social care. #mentalhealthawarenessweek2023

If any local authority employees find themselves no longer planning for the introduction of social care funding reforms in October 2023 and would like to share their experiences relating to self-funding and capital depletion, we’d love to hear from you as part of our research.
