80 year poor old man arrested & fined immediately.
Deputy Health Minister & a whole gang of MCO flouters just record their statements??
Double standards.
If you don't arrest them immediately you loose the respect of the people.
And send the message MCO is only for some, not VIPs
Pharmaniaga Logistics was chosen to buy 500 ventilators during the crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic.
They only supplied 136.
Of which only 28 usable.
Why does it require an audit to reveal this? People were struggling to find a ventilator at the peak of the crisis.
The national audit found that only 28 of the 136 ventilators supplied by Pharmaniaga Logistics to MOH facilities were usable. Remaining 108 ventilators were not safe for use on patients.
Why did MOH not make this known to the public?
@KKMPutrajaya
I hope the public will support young doctors today & every day.
They have been there for us & our loved ones, especially in this severe Covid-19 crisis.
Please we stand up for them & the future of our health services.

AstraZeneca demand by public shows there is a segment very keen to get vaccinated right away
Meanwhile 15-20% of those registered for Phase 2 don't show up, wasting precious slots
Consider changing system & allow those keen to book for any vaccine

please note this failure to use a mask in a public place. A serious danger to others.
Stern action needs to be taken or more will follow such bad behaviour.

Such low test numbers reported today 21st June 2021
58,384 Tests
4,611 Positive
Positivity rate 7.90%
Abysmally low test numbers - lowest in past 5 weeks.
Highest positivity in 4 weeks.
Unfathomable.
No words for this.
Cannot imagine how many cases we missed.

This frightening event makes all the prevention messages & work of the past 2 years of no avail.
As though we have learnt nothing.
A Delta & Omicron super spreader event.
Next round of AstraZeneca vaccine open for registration this Sunday 23rd May 2021
For people in Klang Valley, Johor, Sarawak & Penang
Aged 60 years old & above
After May 26, anyone under the age of 60 can register
I am in a Phase 2 state & I am concerned with relaxation of rules for vaccinated.
A premature move.
Delta can infect vaccinated (even though 10x lower risk of serious illness) & they can transmit to others.
I hope we don't have a worse outbreak. Especially crossing borders.
I wish we had leaders who advocated for & were keen to:
1. End poverty
2. Fight for stateless children
3. Ensure disability rights
4. Work on the climate emergency
5. Unite the people
Covid-19 related things we need to consider stopping (no science or not useful)
1. Wearing gloves in shops
2. Plastic screens (inhibits ventilation; stagnates airflow)
3. Spraying people, buildings or the air in rooms
4. Temperature screening at entry
This is what a health minister should be:
1. Consults & follows expert advice
2. Follows the science & data
3. Plans for the people needs first
4. Articulate, intelligent, sound
If only....

I wish those who live in the lap of luxury & have no financial difficulties can stop telling the poor to stay at home.
When imposing a lockdown we must proactively support the poor, business & workers that are affected.
Sharing our resources is critical to survive this crisis.

800 meters & 8 km you arrested and jailed them.
Why the VIPs, ministers and their children with photographic evidence of breaking MCO still free?
Treat everyone equally please.
Our numbers have NOT come down.
Our TESTS have come down.
31st May only 89,227 tests were reported (positivity 7.7%).
Compared with 29th May 126,480 tests (positivity 7.1%).
Our real number today if we had tested 126,000 would be 9,700.
Horrible event: A 16yr old girl was raped while in police custody.
Outcome: Policemen responsible for her safety got demoted.
A mockery of our laws.
Correct Action: Charge them in court & have them convicted for failing to protect a child.
We want to fight for the rights of all people all over the world to keep their land.
Let's start at home with the original people of West & East Malaysia (Orang Asli, Penan, etc).
Here is an example of heartless behaviour by our leaders that we must fight against.

Wake up to reality that outbreak in Malaysia is Just Starting
Next 4wks will be painful
ICUs choked, deaths⬆️
Avoid getting Covid-19:
1. Improve quality/fit of mask
2. Limit all social contact
3. WFH if possible
4. Educate children online
5. Improve ventilation
6. Get vaccinated
No celebration today please with 4,949 reported cases.
Test positivity high at 7.07%
Test number very low at 70,044
60 deaths
921 in ICU (confirmed, those unconfirmed?)
If we had done ~120,000 tests (our highest) then ~ 8,500 cases

We elected a government to serve the people & stop the senseless politics, racial & religious strive.
Instead they appear to be wanting to manipulate the system for their own gain & power.
They do not respect the people who voted.
They do not fear God almighty.
I fear for them.
Telling us daily case numbers are coming down
without adjusting for testing numbers
or test positivity
is meaningless.
Cases will come down if we test less.

Some tips to reduce workplace clusters (fr our doctors gp):
1. Don't eat lunch together at work. That's when you unmask. Bring packed lunch, eat alone in a quiet spot.
2. Don't unmask in toilet. Very risky location with poor ventilation.
3. Work to improve office ventilation.

Pointless to extend lockdown or whatever you call it, without:
1. supporting the poor & suffering population
2. massive community testing
3. simplifying SOPs for businesses (the key essentials)
4. significantly improving indoor ventilation
5. speeding up vaccination in all states

If we do not push more supply of vaccines urgently to Sabah, Kedah, Perak, Johore & a few other critical states ASAP (Today)
then we may have Klang-Valley like outbreaks that may be more severe.
We have less resources & capacity to cope outside KL.

Even with vaccination, Delta has a 1:3 breakthrough rate or higher.
We notice many VIPs wearing face masks with valves.
Hope reporters (& others) know the risk of being near anyone wearing face masks with valves.
When the person breathes out, the valve allows some air to exit unfiltered. This means they are protecting themselves, but not others.

Possible that all of us will be infected by Covid-19 at sometime. We should aim to:
1. Reduce viral load: good mask, face shield, limit risks/exposure
2. Reduce severity: vaccination, maintain fitness
3. Reduce community spread: contact tracing, testing
Avoid new, dangerous VOCs

2. Any measure we take to loosen the restrictions Today will only be felt 2-3 Weeks later.
