My cousin shared with me this- He tendered resignatn letter &hv to serve 1.5 months notice now,near to CNY,salary shd be due 28jan but all employees get early 1/2portion of salary yday 15jan but only he dun get it Is this consider workplace bias? Can report to Labor Office?

It is easy to resign from KKM But before you resign, make plans in private It is definitely not the rosy garden everyone is perceiving at some point, it can be the thorny stems.
