A much needed statement to boost up the morale of all our hard working HCWs. From a consultant to NCHD, a Nurse to HCW & a receptionist to all allied HC speciality worker who are bearing a huge burden and sacrificing their personal times must be listened and appreciated.
Europe-wide post-pandemic we have a wave of early retirements, graduates not staying in healthcare, absenteeism & quietly quitting
This is not coincidental
‘Recognition justice’ means we must give space & time for people to tell their story - and for it to be heard
