I mean, there are loads more too. I might come back to this later. This is what we get for needing so much help to be good.

We once wrote a song about the Greek god Poseidon, and @RJMrgn, who performed the voice of the cyclops in it (like a little school play, yeah) is the singer of the band Warpstormer, who may be coming to a CAMRA approved pub near you soon. They’re good. https://t.co/SIZ1drokKv

If you hear some vocals on Tyrant that sound like a beautiful ghost, that might be @dave_okumu_ . His new album, ‘I Came From Love’ is, you’ll probably be unsurprised to hear, a masterpiece. https://t.co/hsop6ZEDzU

Sometimes, I get tired both of the sound of my own voice, and the effort it takes to push it out of my body, and at times like that, Matt Neesam comes and shouts a bit too. He’s in a band who may as well be the royal family of Eastbourne, Torrid Horror. https://t.co/a1SXsbyWfQ

The great @stuartwarwick, who you hear singing on a section of our album above, made a record ages back called The Butcher’s Voice, which is one of the most remarkable records I’ve ever heard. Get into it.

Tim Elsenburg, him who you hear singing on the beginning of ‘You’re Lucky God…’, is the singer of the highly decorated, illustrious & very attractive @sweetbillyp. I recommend going and checking out their latest but meanwhile, here’s the one before.

‘But what of your many and varied collaborators?’ I hear you cry. Well, I’m glad you asked.

Bandcamp Friday, is it? Well, well, well. It would seem remiss of me not to plug our album. ‘A lost masterpiece’, ‘a staggering work of biographical insight’ and ‘a veritable rock opera… WITH A TWIST’ are just three things people aren’t saying about it https://t.co/EbLQFATF0f

Awesome EP, available to collect for the hardcore fans here

A new value for music
Mortals. This is intended as ‘Gods 2’. It’s an EP, and lots of it is done totally remotely, but it’s still some of the best stuff we ever do. There’s a lot new here. It feels untethered, in a good way, to me. Elliott Elam does some great art.

I’m not sure there’s much prospect of us regaining the licence and getting it back up, but if anyone wants to scrape together a couple of hundred quid and do that, drop us a line. DEFINITELY not worth anyone’s while financially, but y’know.

Obviously tyrant is a bit of a glaring omission from the available catalogue. It’s a shame, I think it’s not bad, and it definitely has its interesting moments. For people who are really interested in the band, it’s a huge bridge between the one place and the other stylistically.

Down I Go is a band which is too niche to be the biggest band in the world, but every time I listen through any of their records, I wonder, "why isn't this the biggest band in the world?"
Hey, we may never do anything any more, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t buy our record. It’s good, I promise.
