Permit me to say this. Even with CS and safe delivery, when jaundice is not noted early and handled properly a child can still come down with this permanent but non-progressive brain damage. I have seen and am still managing children with this damage as a result of jaundice.
This 📌📌. Retweet Aggressively for those men who says "We don't use to do CS in our family" You will just end up having a child with permanent brain damage from a very much preventable cause. I know how @Paedoeconsult my consultant Paediatrian feels anytime she sees a child

Very unprofessional. The same way one physician told me plainly that they own nurses. It was unbelievable. The same mindset that makes them believe a qualified nurse is their errand Toy, that same reasoning gives them the audacity to hit a licensed professional.
Medical doctor abuse ( hit) q registered nurse at delta state specialist hospital 😤😤😤 . Once you talk them go say you dey rage bait them. I cannot rage bait something that teaches ( some doctor's) mehow to hit my co-workers

I saw a video where an Igbo business man "settled" 5 of his apprentices. N20m each for 2. N21m for 1. N22m for 1 N23m for the last. I am not sure of the no of yrs they served him, but in those years, he most likely fed & clothe them. This is how the Igbos spread wealth. End.

Nop, most will rather tell a patient to avoid physiotherapy. They will tell a patient specifically that physiotherapy will hurt them. How ? Physiotherapists are well seasoned professionals. Please be informed.

A physiotherapist comes in once there is affection of the Human movement system. A lot of pathology ends up limiting the optimal function of the Human movement system. Why won't a fully trained and licensed physician know when to make a referral for co- management of a patient?

Why is it so difficult for the majority of Nigerian physicians to make appropriate referrals when needed. Refer ! - A stroke survivor - A patient post fracture reduction - A child living with cerebral palsy - A bed ridden patient - Low back pain etc...
