Hot take: Bounties ruin the ADC role. An ADC with a 1k bounty will be 1 shot by a 0-6 Akali that inted the first 20 min and then becomes faker rest of game. Meanwhile top with 1k bounty can 1v3 and not even get close to dying. .

Hot take: tank role needs a rework. Imo tanks need to get more unkillable & do no dmg. Alistair is the perfect tank. Engage, Peel or backline disruptor but cannot kill enemy adc. You Litterally ignore him in team fights. Also remove AP ratios and give them mr/Amr ratios only.

@RiotPhlox As the most mastered Neeko main sitting also at GM I would say Neeko passive and Neeko Ult are where she needs love. Neeko passive imo breaks to easily from something like a morg W and Neeko ult locks herself into the animation forcing her to run into melee (part 1/2).

Hot take: Support role is hard but the Champs are easy which is why people think every support is inflated. I have to 1v2 bot as Neeko supp while having similar macro as a jungler. Then need to perform late game with no income and down 3 levels. Not all supports are inflated!.

@RiotPhlox For Neeko passive I would make a damage threshhold similar to guardian.For Neeko's ult I think she just needs a new one. Neeko is a kiting AA mage and a ult that forces her into melee range and self stuns doesnt make sense.I would love to give more input and feel free to dm me <3.

@Urpog1 Neeko can leashless full clear in 3:15. Last season someone who was a GM peak fiora top OTP on NA first timed Neeko jungle to chally mid season from D3 - chally. It has good clear speed, ganks and team fight scaling. It's only problem is first clear she drops to 50% hp.
