We are happy to announce that we are kicking off with NCI RNAMoDO U01 grant together with Gregory, Alfonzo and Piskounova Labs. This will be a great use of RAPPL and RAPPL-Ribo-Seq in RNA driven research on cancer.

One use of RAPPL that I forgot to comment on is tandem purifications of nascent polypeptide chain or initiation factors if you are interested in protein folding, chaperons or translation initiation. More of this to come. initiation focus on attached image.

Our collaboration with @TonyMustoe lab is out today. MPRA libraries and possible cryptic splicing in MPRA reporters, or reporters in general. The additional novelty here is that such events are controlled or influenced by U-rich motifs. Soon more on this topic.
