Ola is giving worst service I'm waiting for fixing grab handle issue more than week and I'm getting we are looking into it. First They provided faulty bike and now asking money for fixing their quality issue. Are you guys want to give service or not?.

Currently They say you can't pull a bike grab handle, might after some day they will say you can't drive a bike. This is completely unacceptable. Can you help me with a permanent fix for my grab handle issue?.

I'm not understanding, why I need to pay this amount for this faulty bike. Even your delivery boys uses that handle to pull that bike form truck. your repair agent says you can't pull the bike with that handle. Can you explain this?.
