Before the internet we all believed that peas made your hair curly & eating your crusts put hairs on your chest. Now, with the internet (and access to all that science) we believe that 1200 calories is a healthy amount of food and that bananas will kill you. #nutrition

I've posted these statistics often over the years. Practically zero interaction on these posts. Why? I've worked with kids left with challenges from FASD. It is not easy for them. Please, if you're pregnant, simply don't drink. Give your unborn baby a healthy start. Please.
