In 1977, General Domingo Bussi removed beggars from the streets of Tucumán in a military truck to "improve the landscape." They were abandoned on gravel roads dozens of miles away never to return. It was winter. Bussi was a key member of the Argentine military dictatorship.

It’s literally not possible to draw a GOP-leaning district in Massachusetts due to weird quirks of population geography — my go-to example of why proportional representation is the only real solution here.
