Extremely proud of this team, staff, and entire organization including billets, families, and more. There’s many moving parts to have a championship year. In the 4 years I’ve been with them there’s been a gradual build up to this moment. 👏🏻.

For the AAA coaches in Ontario that don’t let kids play high school.Sports… or HS hockey. the 5th - yes 5th, from 2000-2002 aged players to sign pro contracts. 3 NHL free agents, 1 CFL & 1 NFL. My husband coached them all AAA U18 hockey & “let” them play HS 👏🏻 -not the norm.

Last week I lectured on Training during the Adolescent Growth Spurt in Amsterdam. An attendee asked me - "so there must be a lot of this (assessment of G&M, biobanding, etc.) going on in the U.S. Can you speak to share some of it.". My response: Unfortunately, very little if any.

Bio-banding finally coming to NA hockey!! 👏🏻 .(It’s already being adopted in USA soccer). Been waiting years for this. C’mon 🇨🇦 we’re next. 😊 . Helpful for players, families, coaches, scouts, & agents to understand growth & maturation for assessing, scouting, and planning.

I have been waiting years and years for hockey to learn about bio-banding. I’ve taught this concept for years to hockey players & they are thankful to learn & then apply to their devp plans. 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻 .Come to 🇨🇦 pls. I live in an area btwn Detroit & Toronto- lots of hockey .
Great to see @usahockey experimenting with the concept of bio-banding. @TLexercise @jornalind have already done some interesting work in this area 👏🇺🇸🇸🇪🏒.
