Two wks back PMC City Engr said, "We will discuss on RFD.".I said, "Fine. Let it be before media & citizens.".He said, "NO". Today I asked him my 1st question on WA:."What is the estimated cost of RFD? And out of that, how much will be spent on river cleaning?".Response awaited.
