‘She is set to detail how Henderson wore revealing boxer shorts and repeatedly asked her if she was going to get changed, which caused her to panic’ Full of grisly upsetting detail - @Telegraph on the Darlington nurses’ story

What would you do if you’d spent 4 years making a legal challenge to a rape crisis centre asking them to run a single sex group. Strangers donate a lot of money, thousands of points to help you pay the legal bills. This group is desperately wanted and needed (1/3)

You never hear from the rape crisis centre again. And 4 months later there is no single sex group. And the mixed sex women’s groups continue as normal. And the statement confirming they will run a group for biological women disappears from their website. Asking for myself. (3/3)

@SarahSurviving FFS. I'm so sorry - shocking that this has happened though not entirely unbelievable considering it's Survivors Network

@SarahSurviving Contact @jk_rowling's fund to ask if they can help cover the cost of a legal reminder being sent out In parallel seriously consider setting up a women's rape crisis centre (lots of us will help if you choose to do this - look to Beira's place for inspiration, which JKR funds)

Gendered Intelligence being handed £158k in government contracts last year is a scandal. Their ‘advice’ and training, to which I have unfortunately been subjected, is full of misinformation and delivered with condescension and contempt for dissenters. Horrible.
@Transgendertrd @charlesworth102 'It’s possible that Gendered Intelligence may get the contract for this new scheme. It’s lucrative. In June 2024 Gendered Intelligence’s annual report to the Charity Commission said they’d received £158,090 from government contracts.' Scary.

@WomenReadWomen Hes an insane, perverted lunatic. Imagine those poor girls having to face that hulking man every day and having to pretend everything's OK. The girl to the right's expression sums it up.

@WomenReadWomen @WomensSocIre It looks like a bad comedy parody. That it is real is simply another snapshot of the lunacy of allowing men who ‘self-identify’ as women to enter female-only spaces and sports.

The mills of god grind slowly: but they grind exceeding small. I am hoping we will have much to celebrate. And that the support dogs across the nation are prepared.
Public Announcement: Stonewall My case against Stonewall is being heard by the Court of Appeal next week on 21 and 22 October at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Strand, London WC2A 2LL. I can confirm the appeal will be live-streamed. It will be accessible from the judiciary’s

8/ Whatever happens in the case, we are likely to obtain settled, clear law on a difficult and vexed area given the frequency of cancellations in fiercely contested policy areas. I wish Allison the absolute best of luck with this.

7/ I add to that the Stonewall email can only be read as an implicit thread on the most charitable interpretation, to me, read in context it has the air of a classic shakedown and a very clear threat regarding her continued presence at Garden Court Chambers.

1/ A rough and ready explanation of what this case is about: The Equality Act contains a "statutory tort" which is basically a prohibition saying that going after someone's job is a civil wrong for which a person or organisation can be liable in damages.

Sex ( biological )is a protected characteristic- the law is the law. Why can’t women have their legal rights ?
A handful of activist Lords have no business undermining an independent regulator's guidance on the Supreme Court ruling. That judgment didn’t make new law, it clarified it. Overturning it would mean rewriting the 2010 Equality Act. Women’s single-sex spaces are protected and
