Totally agree - read it recently. Everyone should read it - particularly those involved at any level of education
Sat outside the coffee shop and read this in a day. It’s cold, and now it is dark but I couldn’t put it down. If you are a teacher, or anyone really - read it.

Adults. The 'essential equipment' needed by 2-year-olds is adults. Adults who are not stressed, not overwhelmed. Adults who can share childrn's interests & give them attention & contain big feelings & play & have fun. That is what 2-year-olds need most: Adults. @paulinescott222
