Terry it is interesting in a case study in my book , Nuance, I found that courage was something you 'discover' in yourself. It starts with moral purpose, it grows when you get immersed in improvement, and activates in the middle of doing something.
Courage and leadership, two peas in a pod. No courage, no leadership. No leadership, no courage. Other factors, of course. But reasonably simple.
