Dang it! My cheese cake cracked even tho it was baked with a pan of water and slow cooled in the oven for 45 minutes. Oh well it happens from time to time. Now comes the hard part, not having any until it chills for at least 8 hours. Cheese cake for breakfast tomorrow maybe 😁
