A most worthwhile read.
I spent 100 hours over the past week researching, writing and editing the piece we just put out. It’s a scenario, not a prediction like most of our work. But it was rigorously constructed, dismissing it outright requires the kind of intellectual laziness that tends to get

This Olympic men’s ice hockey tournament was so good start to finish. Painful way for it to end for 🇨🇦 hockey fans, but we witnessed a lot of great hockey and a handful of iconic moments. Absolutely loved it. Onto the trade deadline and the Stanley Cup playoffs.

There are a million tools automating content creation. Text. Images. Video. Scheduling. But the real time killer for founders? Engagement. Endless scrolling. Finding the right conversations. That’s why I’m building human in the loop automation.

There are generally 2 types of LLM users, those that use it to learn everything , and those that use it so they don’t have to learn anything.

As I dive deeper and deeper into social media again it is very clear to see that full autopilot social tools are dangerous. I love automation and AI but human in the loop isn’t a compromise, it’s the killer feature. Approval protects voice. Relevance protects reputation.

AI has completely sucked the life, attention, talent, and capital out of crypto.

Early testing is confirming something interesting: People don’t want more social activity. They want fewer, better moments to show up. Precision beats volume every time.

I’m building something to solve this. It watches social platforms, finds posts of high interest, and drafts replies in your voice. Not an AI slop generator / auto-poster. Real time saving research. Helps founders get time back. Engagement that takes minutes, not hours.

The problem with social media isn’t effort. It’s filtering. If someone just showed you the 5 posts worth replying to each day, social would feel very different.

After years of building online, one thing is obvious: Replies drive more reach than posts....but only if they’re timely and actually relevant. That’s where most people fail.

Personal observation: Founders don’t lose time posting. They lose time looking for something worth replying to. Endless feeds. Endless noise. 95% irrelevant.

Social media isn’t hard. What’s hard is finding the right conversations without burning hours scrolling. Most of the value is buried. Most people never see it.

The CEO of Anthropic just admitted AI could be 1-2 years from being smarter than Nobel Prize winners at everything. Not 10 years. Not 5. 1-2. And most people are still debating if chatgpt is useful.

3 steps to success (as founder) i) build for 10 people ii) if they're satisfied, find 1000 people like those 10 iii) then find million people like those 1000 starting small is strategic, not lack of vision 😌

abuse your unfair advantage everywhere every founder has one > if you’re early in a niche no one understands yet, double down before the crowd wakes up > if you have access to liquidity, deploy faster and out-ship everyone > if you have a small but cult-like community,
