Figure 5 shows MANF's really cool localization and lysosomal expression pattern. I am proud of the microscopy images that I took!

In this work we show that More MANF the better! MANF is neuropective, extends lifespan, reduces stress. Interesting it lovalized to the lysosomes and its function is dependent on a regulator of autophagy and lysosome biogenesis HLH-30/ TFEB.
