What I see from some of these extreme Christian Nationalists is the pursuit of the way of empire NOT the way of Christ/Kingdom. I don’t see Jesus seeking to advance The Gospel by overthrowing the empire in order to install a Xian emperor. We saw The Gospel working in its midst..
