Fantastic paper by @amrabbasmd @PPibarot et al on @JournalASEcho on discordance between invasive and #EchoFirst gradients in #TAVR, which many of us have observed in practice and could not always explain. Discordance is frequent & cannot always be explained by pressure-recovery.
