@DavideOrtolan91 provides a protocol he developed to perform single cell analysis of human RPE/choroid. His previous work in PNAS used this protocol and made a groundbreaking discovery of five RPE sub populations.

New work reveals that the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) is made up of 5 distinct cell populations, each in a specific location. This explains location-dependent susceptibility to eye diseases. @Kapilbharti123 @sharmaruchi29 @DavideOrtolan91 https://t.co/CCJy8FVW0w
