Difference is Mark . Nuno actually put himself out to speak to them Unlike the previous Gaffer. And the one before him. Really simple to communicate with the academy coaches and may just find along the way they useful to you. Nuno found that out quickly π
Hold my judgement on the coaching staff appointments in general although do think Nuno did get along with them very well probably even more than he was expecting and having them in his ear for players coming up the system is a good thing theyβll be invested in that side.

No compensation to be had . They free to come with him . Unless there was a stipulation inserted in there contracts that they could not work at another club for rest of the season . But very much doubt that . Nuno made a choice and these boys who stepping up dont come cheap
Good or bad? Positive for a pathway to the first team for the academy boys and Nuno has got people around him that know the club But Nuno has probably been forced as Sullivan wonβt pay the compensation for the team he actually wants

Best coach at the club by million miles . Shrewd move from Nuno. Even though he stepped up Under Moyes in his last season and part of the problem. Said a lot he was the only one of the staff that did not get culled .
