@Coach__N @bobwojnowski Based on historical NFL data from 2008-2023, approximately 0.6% of regular-season games had a team with zero penalties (25 out of ~4,144 games). Including 2024 (at least 1 instance) and 2025 so far (including the Chiefs' recent game), it remains under 1%. It's extremely rare.

Other great bottles included the 2018 Beaune Clos des Aigrots from Lafarge which is great but still on the young side (if you have some, keep them) and the 2001 Ch Rieussec which is sublime and drinking absolutely perfectly right now.

I had some amazing wines last weekend, but one I wanted to make sure I highlighted specifically was this dry Vin Santo from @campochiarenti. Aged in caratelli for 20 years prior to being bottled, it had a beguiling complexity and is one of the greatest wines I’ve had in 2025 🤘

Overall v happy w/ how last night’s dinner turned out. Escargots on marrow bones, pâté en croûte, venison loin with celeriac purée, duxelles, sweet potato crisps and redcurrant sauce, gougères. A bit of work in this one but totally worth it & my guests were happy 🙌
