At this stage of my career, the most important things to me are culture and creative freedom. I'm so excited to join a station that excels at both. It's time for the next step in my career.
Earlier this season, Kerry Coombs lost play-calling duties at Ohio State. He called it the "hardest stretch of my professional career." Today, he gave a sermon on dealing with adversity, which should be seen by every college athlete.
The last five days for Ohio State:
Football beats Michigan by 29.
Chase Young/Justin Fields win B1G POY
Ryan Day wins B1G COY
Men's BBall beats North Carolina by 25.
Women's BBall beats Louisville by 7.
On my first night at ESPN, a male anchor (who I won’t name) did something incredibly mean to me in an effort to sabotage my debut. Suzy Kolber witnessed it and came over to me and gave me the best pep talk of my life. She deserves nothing but the best, not this.
Today I join the many hard-working colleagues who have been laid off.
Heartbreaking-but 27 years at ESPN was a good run.
So grateful for a 38 yr career!
Longevity for a woman in this business is something I’m especially proud of.
Next step- a project that gives back. ❤️

You might never find out their name, but I promise you this bravery will help at least one person. Thank you for sharing and best of luck in your next steps.
I'm about to fulfill a childhood dream. Next Saturday, I will join Paul Keels and Jim Lachey as the on-field reporter for the live radio broadcast of Ohio State vs. Michigan.
There's been a lot of speculation about Malaki Branham as a one-and-done player. I talked to Malaki about his future and tried to convince him to give Buckeye Nation a Kyle Young type tenure.
Some people say I'm not doing my job because I'm not firing out Urban Meyer twitter hot takes. I would argue I'm doing my job by avoiding Urban Meyer twitter hot takes. This entire investigation has been ugly from a push-your-agenda-and-jump-to-a-conclusion standpoint.
I'm sure some fans will be frustrated with this game, but Ohio State gave up three fumbles and still beat a top ten team by double digits. They were able to safely win after shooting themselves in the foot.
Announcement time: This will be my final week at 10tv. Special thanks to Paul "Moose" Spohn for hiring me a decade ago and giving me the opportunity to work at one of the best TV stations in the country.
Some terrible news to pass along tonight. Our friend and meteorologist, Chris Bradley, has passed away. He fought leukemia with courage ... and somehow ... with a smile on his face. He will be missed.
I’ve literally never seen a fan base cheer for a player who transferred like Ohio State fans have for Joe Burrow. It takes a lot for Columbus to actively root for an SEC program, but Burrow has been supported since the moment he left. What a 🤡 take.
2018 Ohio State fans: we are glad Joe Burrow transferred. He is not good anyway and we didn’t want him.
2019: look at 3 Buckeyes for the

One week from today is the

home opener against Tampa Bay. I had a chance to talk to the biggest free agent signing in franchise history, Johnny Gaudreau (

), about the craziest offseason of his career.
Michigan State's press box has a snack bar. One ticket gets you a hot dog or a pretzel. Those are your two choices, and you only have two tickets. So tickets are treated like currency among the media. They are like cigarettes in prison.
I think the most baffling thing about the

rebranding is the ownership being so out of touch with its fan base. They witnessed what these fans will do and how they rally when their backs against the wall, and now they've become the focus of the anger.
Brad Marchand should be suspended. He's a dirty player. Blue Jackets Head Coach John Tortorella just said "I don't need to give any thoughts on that. You guys can up with something there."
Packing for the NCAA tournament is like packing for The Bachelor. I might be there for one night, but then again, I could be packing for a much longer Cinderella story...
Pretty exciting news: I'll be the radio sideline reporter this week for Ohio State vs. Maryland, joining Paul Keels and Jim Lachey on the broadcast team. I remember listening to Paul when I was in high school, so it's pretty surreal that I'll get to do a broadcast with him.
