A kid who's struggled with behavior lately opened up about their anxiousness, and how it was distracting them. We discussed causes of avoidance issues, and then came up with a game plan to help kid practice intervene with himself, and I want to try this with all my classes now!

Just saw two amazing performances from the sophomore class!! I got to see so many of my students come out of their shells and I'm honestly so impressed and can't wait to see these young individuals grow and grow! Congrats @CHHS_MrMumford and CHHS theater!

We stole a page of #GCISDvalor and used some scratch off stickers to reveal our @CHHSSTEM students who their mentor teacher and cohort would be! The best part is I tricked them giving up their coins before @LeslieSingles gave the cards 😁 thank you @SCrawfordELA and @drummondra !
