My point being in all these posts: there is something particular about Irish Republican/Irish leftist support for the "Palestinian cause.". It can't simply be explained away as concern for an oppressed people. The Kurdish and Armenian examples show that this "concern" is not.

We've all seen that look before. The sheer hatred. The glaring eyes. The clenched teeth. The readiness to kill. We know what that is. Ireland's Jews must put up with seeing Palestinian flags on the regular, but this delicate flower got so enraged at the sight of the Israeli.

"We're not opposed to Jews, we're opposed to colonialism." To view Israel as a colonial project you have to buy a bunch of antisemitic myths and be prejudiced against Jews, on other words you have to be antisemitic in the first place.
