Figma’s dev mode can be described as a design tool carving out space for developers. Are there any examples of dev tools carving out space for designers? Off the top of my head, I can’t think of any. We (engineers) should start thinking about something I’m gonna call “design.

perfect example of how useful LLMs are for coding. I had to set up an eslint + prettier for a react native code base. I wanted to take the default formatting rules from my system and add it explicitly to the project. Cursor did it in 45 seconds.

I doubt this is about age. I’m 41 and I know a lot of gainfully employed people older than me. This person went from a VP role to a senior IC - that’s a red flag. If you can explain it, fine, but it looks weird to downgrade roles. I’d guess that’s why they’re having issues.

Yes. I always say that if you haven’t tried Dreams, you’re missing out. It’s probably my favorite tech product of all time. Unfortunately it was built for the PS4 and hasn’t been ported to PC. It would be a shame for it to disappear.
The tools in Dreams cannot disappear from the public (when the PS4 lifecycle ends) these tools need to be ported to the PC so people can still use it @PlayStation #3dart #3d #MadeInDreams
