It annoys me when airline management calls employees team members. I’ve played on a lot of sports teams. My high school soccer team won the 5A state championship. So I know what it feels like to be on a good team. Airline team talk is a joke. There’s no team. Divide is huge.

@maitlis Are you aware of the plight of my former colleague Carol Ng? Locked up without trial for 636 days by the authorities in Hong Kong. A former British Airways Crew Member her crime is to be part of a unionized workforce protesting against an authoritarian government.
