This is predatory lending. I signed up for a payment plan when I bought a Google phone. I didn’t receive payment info by email, physical mail was required to obtain account number. Your auto pay should deduct when the bill is sent, not on the last day before default.

@synchrony I’m looking at you. You make it incredibly difficult to pay online, auto pay waits until the very last day to pay, then if the transaction doesn’t work the first time you slap on huge fees. Then you file negative credit reports even if payments are made within a week.
