For the tax folks - does the OBBB change the math here?.
Why has LA built so few for-sale homes (relative to rentals) over the past 20 yrs:. 1. Local policy - For decades, LA required more parking spaces for condos than for otherwise identical apartments, meaning you could fit fewer condos than apartments on the same piece of land.
