The posts of HS players “grinding” is insufferable. If you aren’t, it will show up during the HS season. If you look and are the same player you were last Fall, the game knows. Notice - you don’t see college guys posting they are grinding.

@CoachSwit We have a generation of covid kids whose parents were lied to about their kids potential by big travel ball. Now these kids are in high school and the big payoff at the end of the road isn't there.

Talking about eyesight again tonight. Parents, please schedule an eye exam for your kids this summer.
Talking eyesight during CWS game… Teenage ball players should probably be getting eyes checked 1-2x per year. The greatest hitters have elite vision. Bad vision makes a hard skill even harder.
