Washington, D.C. hit 900 carjackings on Thanksgiving Day. This is a 108% increase over this time last year. There are now nearly 3 carjackings per day in the city.
70 carjackings in DC w/i the past 24 days. We reached 900 Thanksgiving Day. I sound like a broken record but seriously what is every single member of the DC Council doing to stop the crime?
