Lumen (CenturyLink) looks like it may under attack. I hope I am wrong because I see evidence that it is spreading. I hope CISA and Meta know to cut the submarine fiber connectivity in the Pacific to be safe.
Major outage in PNW all these companies are in Seattle region. I would check with CenturyLink. Sounds like a backbone problem.
