@whoop there was a recent app update before I connected the strap to my phone. I’ve deleted the app and strap from my phone and tried again, checked its connected in the BT section of phone and it is, so no idea what to do next.

Hey @whoop, I got the new 3.0 strap and haven’t been able to use it as after connecting via Bluetooth it then asks to update the strap, after a while the red box comes up advising its failed (not connected to iPhone X - although it is). Is there an app issue?

After years of listening to @billburr @theMMPodcast and I finally download the @NHL app to follow the @NHLBruins in the Finals. I even recognise a few of the players names, I know shit about the game but here to learn! #bandwagon

Hey @ProfJillCook! Can I ask please, post Ach Rupture, 1 to 2 years in, what’s your best advice to increase ROM considering scar tissue? Rehab was performed but conservative, DF left vs right still low. Tried shockwave, Soft Tissue but is it just patience?!
