Admin and teachers need to be on the same team. Everyone is working hard. It doesn't mean that they always need to agree, but it does mean that they need to work together in the best interest of kids.

Chemistry is underrated. Players who enjoy playing with each other will be more successful over the long run. Coaches who enjoy coaching with each other will be more successful over the long run.
