Miami should be in the CFP. They earned it. I love the SEC, but Notre Dame deserves a spot of Bama. I also agree with the decision not to play a bowl game. That is of no benefit to the school. The young men who were on last year’s natty runner up haven’t had a break. To play

Notre Dame declining a bowl invite appears to be partly an act of protest against ESPN, the CFP committee, and the system. ESPN, which broadcasts nearly all bowl games, will not see a dime from Notre Dame in the postseason, which will directly affect them financially.
