I believe state governments should have the right to do what their constituents want them to do even if it destroys them. I’m shocked as to how many of the people on the right were railing against the fed gov only a few months ago and are now licking its boot.

Any and all of the powers we give Trump will one day be in the hands of the left. Try to be as unbiased as possible. If Kamala had won and was doing what Trump is doing but to 2A folks who refuse to give up their battle rifles, would we be happy?.

The national guard is supposed to be the replacement of the organized state militia. The fact that the executive is co-opting that organized militia without the consent of that state should not be a reason to celebrate. I doubt the framers of the constitution wanted that.

Those of us who are strongly for the 2A sanctuary movement are cheering the crushing of CA doing pretty much the same thing, only for their policy of choice. If we believe in strong state powers and weak federal, this should piss us off.
