New footage, released today, shows Benjamin Philips collapsing at 12:59pm +11s on the west side of the Capitol, just south of the SW Scaffold.
For years, organizations like StopHate have been lying about his death, claiming that he was murdered by Capitol police riot munitions.
David Sumrall of StopHate continues to push the lie that they were "murdered by Capitol Police", despite being aware of footage proving that both Greeson and Philips collapsed before a "grenade" was ever deployed on January 6.
His website still makes the same claim.

I just found him, on the phone, in the security camera footage of the West Plaza. Greeson can be seen collapsing at 1:19pm +37s, with those around him quickly scrambling to help.

The violence at the Capitol started at 12:53pm. Trump finished speaking at the Ellipse at 1:11pm. He refused to tell his violent supporters to stop being violent, and it wasn't until 4:17pm—more than two hours after the Capitol had been broken into—that he told them to leave.

I know this is from back in January, but I still see people using this vid to claim officers waved protestors in. If the camera would have panned a bit more to the left or been a wider FOV, it would be seen that that officer was encouraging his fellow officers to retreat.
