My dad passed away from a Heart Failure. Most people in my family have passed away from a disease causing it.
That week I promised to best my PB of 10:05 in a 2.4km run for my dad before Father’s day.

The surgeons just called to say Cherie's surgery was a success with no complications during the surgery, they wont even be sending her to the ICU. They are beginning the operation on the child now.
