By integrating patient data, primary cell line model, and pan-cancer data, we focused on 108 regulatory elements strongly enriching for BCP-ALL phenotype. These elements strongly produce eRNA in BCP-ALL

Our strategy identified more than 6k regulatory elements dynamically expanding at onset and relapse while are silent in healthy tissues and remission

We then developed a computational strategy to track regulatory elements during cancer progression and prioritize them based on clonality modulation

32 patients, 4 stages (Healthy- Onset- Remission-Relapse), 150k identified regulatory elements activated in BCP-ALL. Treatment reduces heterogeneity to a healthy-like asset. At the Relapse, the regulatory repertoire changed again.
