Hi @Ember_Tech, how do I get the battery replaced in my Ember mug? It’s only a couple of years old and there has to be a better solution than just throwing it away. I’m happy to pay for a battery replacement service.

It’s a story as old as time itself. Actually, maybe it’s more of a story as old as 80s corporate strategy. So it’s a story in its mid-40s. “We wrote out a strategy on paper, everyone signed off on it, but then nobody actually does anything differently.”

I was thinking about why I’m so bullish on the idea of product teams starting new initiatives with a Hard Test. A Hard Test is when you ship an ugly, low-scale, rough, hand-drawn version of Your Big Idea to at least one actual customer.

A thread of my favourite Hungarian phrases, starting with this one
In Hungary, instead of saying “my bosses gave me too much work to do” you can use the poetic phrase bekergettek tátott szájjal a faszerdƑbe. It means “they chased me into the dick-forest with a wide-open mouth”
