Ate my first meal in 16 days. 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, butter. Pre meal bs 86, 1 hr post 81. My numbers have ranged from 79-97. I was a Type 2 7 yrs ago with an A1c either 11 or 13. Dr Fung changed my health. Losing wt due to a long time hip/leg injury.

My daughter just got her masters in art therapy to work with kids. I’ve been slowly adding to her knowledge how food affects mental health, she already knew a bit but there’s so much more we can learn. It is not ever mentioned in her education

Continuing saga with ozempic man. Dizzy every single time he gets up from sitting, throwing up, diarrhea. Neighbor said sounds like low bs which I said. Wife can’t be right. He didn’t even check bs. He doesn’t want to stop losing. Feeling sorry for myself for stall is going away.

I was in real estate and a notary public who notarizes refinances. 2008 was a mess. Everybody gets a loan! Prices were inflated like they are now so the value probably was ok at the time. But as realtors, we are waiting for the boon to fall again. it's the 2008 vibes again

that looks like vegetable beef soup to me! But in Iowa (where I now live), apparently schools serve a big cinnamon roll with chili. I grew up in Indiana with peanut butter sandwich with chili but cornbread is good any day of the week!

my dad grew up on a farm. he never suffered during the war as they were self sufficient.he still has books of the ration stamps they didn't use. Mostly needed things like sugar.He is 89 in a few days but old enough to remember there was a war. we need to be more self sufficient.
