2024 has been a pivotal year in my journey to better health. After getting down to 315 lb from a high of 376 over the summer of 2023, things went off the rails and I found myself back at 360 lb in September of this year. I decided that enough was enough and recommitted to the

What a year 2025 was! I took a huge leap of faith by changing schools, finally got under 300 pounds, and reconnected with family and friends I hadn’t seen in years. I can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store!

@MarioNawfal To be clear, “high fat” in this experimental animal model is loaded with sugar, carbs and the fat blend is soybean oil and lard. Unfortunately, this is what “high fat” almost always means in these sorts of studies.
