As terrible as this has been for our country, we could face the same fate in Iraq and Syria if we don’t withdraw ALL of our troops, as thousands of troops have been killed already in those countries, with billions in taxpayer dollars being wasted.

Over twenty years of war and nation-building in Afghanistan caused 2,500 American lives to be lost and $148 billion to be wasted. The war may have lasted two decades, but the pain and impact that it has on Americans will last much longer.
