I remember breaking down to my Ph.D. advisor about how stupid I felt while troubleshooting a problem in my project when she handed me this paper. Years later it is still relevant to young students starting off in Science. It's ok to feel stupid, we all do on a regular basis.

Fair to say that we plan to include this tool in Companion!
peaks2utr - the must use tools for #10XGG scRNA-Seq of nonmodel organism: https://t.co/TofNOs5srL It predicts the 3'UTR as 10X can be 3' UTR enriched and I have seen many people losing a lot of signal! And it generates very accurately 3'UTR boundaries with SPAT.
