I’m incredibly grateful our Troopers or innocent citizens in surrounding homes weren’t struck by careless, dangerous gunfire from this suspect. I am also thankful for the swift response by members of @NSP_TroopC, @NSPSpecialOps SWAT, and, @GIPoliceDept.

Thanks to @NEStatePatrol Trooper Trantham and ESD (electronic scent detection) K9 Scooter for recently assisting #LPD’s SVU investigators in serving a warrant. They located several electronic items connected to a sex assault with multiple felony charges. Great work! 💻📱🐾

Colonel Tuma served NSP for 32 years, 2005-2011 as Superintendent/Colonel. He has dedicated over 50 years to public service in Nebraska. Well done and earned!
